The hotel is located in a central area, close to main Krakow attractions and bars, making it convenient to explore the city. The room windows could use better light blocking, as the early morning sunlight can be disruptive to sleep.

The hotel's location was perfect, right near everything in this city. It was very close to main Krakow attractions such as the city center and Wawel Castle. The breakfast provided a large selection of delicious and nutritious food. The staff was helpful and showed great customer service.

This hotel provides great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, as it is close to trams and everything in the city center. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, including clean rooms equipped with everything needed. The breakfast is also enjoyable, except for the coffee which could be improved.
